Please read this Kratom FAQ carefully, as it contains vital information for your orders.

We will always try to ship your order as requested, but in the end, the carriers and your address will dictate how your package goes out. If you have an address that can't be verified through the shipping system, which uses the USPS database, we must send it to USPS. USPS is the only carrier not charging an extra hefty fee for an address lookup or correction. And P.O. Boxes will also have to go by way of USPS.
Our orders are shipped directly to you from our U.S Storage Facility in Texas.
We place great importance on the quality of our Kratom products, all of which are rigorously tested for heavy metals, chemicals, and efficacy. I noticed that sometimes my Kratom has "clumps" in it; why is that? The clumps are a by-product of the sterilization process of our Kratom. We are working on that process so that this happens less and less, but this DOES NOT indicate moisture or chemicals in our Kratom. This is the opposite, the result of the processes that keep you safe when you order Kratom from us.
We try to maintain a consistent supply of Kratom, and we publish any restock updates on the front page of our website.
Unfortunately, we only ship Kratom from Monday to Friday. Any products ordered on the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.
We only ship Kratom to the United States, but please continue to check back as we are always looking at options for expansion.
Unfortunately, we do not offer expedited delivery at this time, but we are constantly evaluating our options so that it may become an option in the future.
Yes, all of our packaging is plain. The only information we will add is the return address, which will be shown as "Shipping Department."
No, we only deliver products via USPS or FedEx. I do not want anyone to know the contents of the package.
Can I buy returned items at a lower price?
No, all of our products are labeled correctly, and we have strict procedures to ensure that mistakes cannot and do not happen. Any images on our website are for illustration purposes only, and as Kratom is natural, there is always the potential for color variation.
Unfortunately, we are not in a position to offer free samples of Kratom.
No, we do not currently offer any telephone support. We will never ask you for private information, such as a credit card number, over the telephone.
We reserve the right to send our Kratom to our customers with the best packaging that matches the order. If you order two half kilos of the same Kratom strain, you may receive those in a 1KG bag.
We do not ship Kratom overseas right now.
I placed my order on Thursday. It is now Monday, and I do not have a tracking number. Should I be concerned?
Shipping Easy is our coordinated shipping partner. All this means is that your tracking information will be delivered via an email from Shipping Easy. All of those emails are automatic, and as a consequence, we do not monitor those emails. If you have any concerns about the delivery of your goods, do not hesitate to email us via our website.
No, because every batch of Kratom is specific and independently tested, we do not release our lab results to the public. You can, however, be confident that we employ the most stringent control measures to ensure that the quality of our Kratom meets a set of standards. Although we are confident in the quality of our Kratom, we have a return policy.
Yes, any discounts the company offers will automatically be applied at checkout if you make a qualifying purchase.
